These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website operated by Gizeru Clinic, located at Niemierzyńska 7, Szczecin, Poland, and set out the general conditions under which information on this site is provided. They are drafted with reference to the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
A. Definitions
- Website
- The pages published under the domain gizeru.info, including all subpages and associated content.
- Clinic
- Gizeru Clinic, the entity operating the website and the physical premises at Niemierzyńska 7, Szczecin.
- User
- Any person accessing or browsing the Website, regardless of whether they subsequently become a patient.
- Patient
- An individual who has booked or attended a consultation, diagnostic test or health check-up package at the Clinic.
- Content
- All text, images, tables and other material published on the Website, including pricing information.
B. Purpose of the Website
The Website is provided for informational purposes: to describe services offered at the Clinic, to publish current pricing, and to allow Users to submit enquiries through the contact form. The Website does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations, and no Content should be relied upon as a substitute for an in-person consultation.
C. Use of the Website
Users agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict the use of the Website by other Users. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt the Website's operation are not permitted.
D. Contact Form Submissions
Submitting the contact form generates a pre-filled email opened through the User's own email application; it does not create a binding appointment or a contract with the Clinic. An appointment is only confirmed once acknowledged directly by Clinic staff, whether by phone or email.
E. Pricing Information
Prices published on the Website reflect standard rates in effect at the time of publication and are provided for informational purposes. Prices are subject to periodic review and may change; the applicable price is the one confirmed at the time of booking or at the start of a visit. Additional procedures recommended during a consultation are quoted separately before being carried out.
F. Intellectual Property
All Content on the Website, including text, imagery and design elements, remains the property of Gizeru Clinic or its licensors. Reproduction of substantial portions of the Content without written permission is not permitted, other than for personal, non-commercial reference.
G. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Polish law, the Clinic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Website, including reliance on published pricing that has since changed, or technical interruptions to the Website's availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory provisions of Polish consumer protection law.
H. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute arising from use of the Website that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the seat of the Clinic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules granting jurisdiction elsewhere.

These Terms may be revised from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on the Website at the date indicated above.
