A plain explanation of how this clinic is organised
Rather than describing intentions, this page explains the actual mechanics behind scheduling, diagnostics, language support and pricing at Gizeru Clinic. Understanding the structure helps you know what to expect from a visit.
morning schedule
Same-day capacity is a scheduling decision, not luck
Each morning, a fixed number of slots are held open across the general practice roster specifically for acute complaints: sudden fever, injuries, infections, or symptoms that a patient reasonably feels cannot wait until the following week.
These slots are released for booking from opening time. Once filled, later same-day requests are placed on a short waiting list and contacted if a slot frees up, rather than told to try again tomorrow with no further information.
imaging, room 4
Laboratory and imaging sit inside the same building
When a doctor orders blood work, a urine panel, an ultrasound or an X-ray, the sample or scan does not leave the premises. Results attach to the same patient file the consultation notes are stored in.
This does not eliminate waiting periods for complex analyses that require external reference laboratories, but it removes the extra step of visiting a separate facility for routine testing.
front desk, English spoken
Language support is built into staffing, not added on request
Reception and clinical staff include speakers of English, Ukrainian and Russian alongside Polish. When booking, patients can request a consultation in a specific language, and the schedule is arranged around that where the relevant doctor is available that day.
Written materials, including discharge notes and referral letters, can be issued in English when requested at the time of the appointment.
price list, updated monthly
The price list exists before you book, not after
Consultation types, laboratory tests, imaging studies and check-up packages are listed publicly with current prices. A patient can review costs before deciding to book rather than discovering them at the counter.
If additional tests are suggested mid-visit, their cost is confirmed with the patient first. Nothing is billed retroactively without that conversation taking place.
the team, spring
People you are likely to recognise on a return visit
Gizeru Clinic keeps its clinical roster deliberately compact rather than rotating a large pool of visiting doctors. The intent is that a returning patient is likely to see a familiar face, and that continuity tends to make follow-up conversations more useful, since less time is spent re-explaining history that is already on file.
Reception staff are trained to answer basic questions about pricing, appointment types and document requirements directly, without needing to transfer every call to a clinical line.
